  • Manage production lines by establishing procedures, deploying personnel effectively, and ensuring accurate daily reporting to meet schedules, increase efficiencies, and exceed budget objectives.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain a food-safe and sanitary environment, mentor employees, administer performance management, and promote safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
