Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of SANOFI China Commercial Capabilities by creating digital strategies and platforms.
  • The incumbent will lead the Assessment Center to support performance appraisal, promotion, and pipelines in the Field Force function.
  • This position manages a team of 3-6 headcounts within the BO&S Commercial Excellence Department in China.
