Job Summary
The role is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of SANOFI China Commercial Capabilities by creating digital strategies and platforms.
The incumbent will lead the Assessment Center to support performance appraisal, promotion, and pipelines in the Field Force function.
This position manages a team of 3-6 headcounts within the BO&S Commercial Excellence Department in China.
