The Market Field Sales Intern is an early-career development role designed to provide hands-on exposure to the field sales organization and Allstate’s agent-facing business model.
This role offers meaningful project-based experience while building foundational skills in consultation, communication, and process improvement.
Reporting to a Territory Business Leader and partnering with cross-functional leaders, the intern will learn how field strategies, sales communications, recruitment processes, and operational workflows are designed and executed.
