Job Summary
The Senior Customer Support Representative is a key leader and subject matter expert dedicated to Airbus Helicopter Canada’s after-sales services, managing strategic accounts and acting as a primary escalation point and mentor.
Responsibilities include managing repair & overhaul orders, rental & exchange orders, option sales, spare parts orders, and warranty claims, while also leading continuous improvement projects and resolving complex customer escalations.
The role requires participation in a 24/7 AOG/on-call rotation, handling critical situations and providing support to junior team members.
