The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.
