Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years experience in data stewardship or governance
  • Expertise in CDISC, SDTM, and FAIR principles
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC and CDQ
  • Deep knowledge of R&D data domains and GxP compliance
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Databricks for data product development
  • Familiarity with Reltio for master data management
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills in matrix models
  • Ability to champion a data-driven culture
  • Experience with AI/ML use cases in clinical trials

Key Requirements
