Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Nurse with NZ registration
Experience in general practice nursing
Ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Support and delegate to healthcare assistants
Nice-to-have
Excited by change and care model improvements
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Desire for long-term primary care work
Current vaccinator and cervical smear taker certifications
Key Requirements
Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
1-2 years Registered Nurse experience
Preferably general practice or community nursing experience
Vaccinator and cervical smear taker certifications highly desirable
