Job Summary
The UF Surplus Inbound Crew is responsible for the appropriate disposition and sustainability of all property surveyed out as surplus by all UF departments.
The Asset Specialist performs duties including driving to various locations to remove and deliver surplus equipment, reviewing and verifying equipment, and updating property records in the Asset Management database.
This role involves preparing items for public auction, assisting with recycling efforts, and supporting customers with equipment transfers, donations, and sales.
