Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for the operational delivery and oversight of Canada’s workplace wellbeing programs, with a focus on absence delivery and workplace accommodations.
  • The Group Manager II leads multiple delivery streams through Team Manager, Specialist and Analyst roles and supports policy owners and enterprise partners to ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant delivery.
  • A key focus for this role in its early years will be advancing digitization and automation efforts to simplify processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and improve the colleague experience.
