Craft scalable conversational journeys for 3.4 million members and communities, combining UX design, linguistics, and AI awareness.
Design and deliver conversational experiences across chat, web, mobile, and voice channels, developing dialog flows and content models for natural interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and NLU/NLP teams to define and optimize intents, entities, and fallback strategies, ensuring compliance with standards.
