Must-have
Valid Driver's License required
80% local travel within territory
3+ years construction sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience selling to C-Suite executives
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to mentor local market teams
