Job Summary

  • Serve on and support one or more UHPO IPO Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program teams, assessing and deriving customer-country unique helicopter product verification requirements.
  • Perform engineering technical program management and systems engineering (SE) execution for technical helicopter development, integration, verification, production, modification, fielding, and sustainment.
  • Evaluate contractor proposals to prepare detailed technical evaluations and support USG contract negotiations, while ensuring aircraft products meet airworthiness and contract requirements.
