Base: $45–$55 per hour (DOE); PRN Rate: $50–$65 per hour; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match

Must-have
Current Washington State PT license
Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy
Skilled in Casamba documentation systems
Experience with PointClickCare software
Nice-to-have
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to educate families and caregivers
Key Requirements
Current Washington State PT license
