• The HVAC/R Technician performs skilled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational support on Controlled Temperature Units (CTUs), refrigeration systems, and HVAC mechanical equipment.
• This role supports critical facility environments and ensures equipment reliability in accordance with JLL standards, client expectations, and site‑specific GMP requirements.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on HVAC/R maintenance experience
• 1+ years refrigeration/air conditioning mechanic experience
• Demonstrated experience with electronic and pneumatic controls
• Ability to interpret control diagrams
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Validated CMMS experience
