  • The Manager plays a key role in driving divisional planning and governance, including oversight of data-related work and commissioning workstreams under the Community Mental Health Masterplan (CMH MP).
  • As custodian of divisional data reporting, provide oversight on data governance, KPI definitions, and reporting standards to support accurate performance monitoring and informed decision-making.
  • Drive development of integrated model funding design and commissioning, including translating care models into fundable service components and supporting RFP-based commissioning and operationalisation.
