Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding protected health information and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to supervisors.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Transport residents to rooms and appointments

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
