Job Summary

  • The Compensation Analyst supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies, performing job evaluations and market analysis.
  • This role involves conducting market research, analyzing survey data, and building dashboards to track compensation spending and ensure competitive and equitable salary ranges.
  • The Compensation Analyst will act as the Compensation subject matter expert for Workday, reviewing and approving compensation transactions and partnering with HRIS to maintain business processes.
