Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry
5+ years experience in oligonucleotide synthesis
Solid phase synthesis expertise
Team leadership and mentorship capabilities
Scale-up from 150umol to 6mmol
Nice-to-have
Experience with AKTA and Agilent LC-MS instrumentation
