This role is pivotal in supporting the Modulus Project, a cornerstone of Sanofi strategy creating new generation evolutive multi-product facilities.
The incumbent will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for both clean utilities and HVAC systems, ensuring reliable 24/7 operation for vaccine manufacturing.
Responsibilities include leading sustainability initiatives, conducting energy conservation audits, and managing site energy and water efficiency systems.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Clean and Black utility systems management
HVAC system operation and troubleshooting
24x7 continuous utility system supervision
Regulatory compliance with FDA EMA HSA cGMP
Root cause analysis and CAPA investigations
SOP and PM plan development
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to lead contingent staff and vendors
Collaborative team player mindset
Project scheduling and reporting expertise
Key Requirements
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
Minimum 8 years utility and facility O&M experience
Minimum 3 years environment and sustainability engineering experience
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
Singapore Certified Energy Manager certification preferred
