Base: $201,683-$322,693 (Southern California) / $213,795-$342,072 (New York); Bonus/Equity: Individual annual performance bonus plus Capital's annual profitability bonus; Benefits: Company-funded retirement contribution of 15% of eligible earnings plus health benefits and flexible work options
