The Medical Assistant Trainee's primary responsibility is to learn how to assist in the delivery of health care management for the practice.
The training program allows the trainee to actively participate and support the primary clinical teams upon completion through shadowing and precepting.
Upon completion of the training program, the Medical Assistant Trainee participates in testing and validation of skills learned to move into a role within the network.
