Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing stand set-up, closing procedures, and ensuring work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
Works closely with the customer service department to improve customer service and provides guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations.
