Job Summary

The Meal Officer will be responsible for supervising Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning activities within the region, supporting partner MEAL activities, and ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and communication.
This role requires developing and implementing comprehensive MEAL plans, conducting regular site visits, leading evaluations, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements and IRC policies.

Key Requirements
3+ years of relevant professional experience

Proficiency in French (oral and written)
Experience with ODK, CommCare, Power BI, NVivo, MS Excel, SPSS, Tableau, QGIS
