Key Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in HR, Hospitality, Organisational Development, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
  • ACTA / Certified Train-the-Trainer accreditation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of WSQ framework
  • Proven ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate impactful learning programmes
