This role requires owning backlog prioritization, managing the delivery roadmap, and ensuring all work aligns with the customer's business impact criteria.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery of operational services, sign off on monthly reports, and run governance cadences including Quarterly Business Reviews.
