Job Summary
This two-year postdoctoral position is funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to support the development of open-source technology for applying AI methods to visual culture.
The researcher will create multimedia Open Educational Resources, contribute to workshop facilitation, and assist in curating diverse visual collections for the Distant Viewing platform.
Candidates have the opportunity to teach up to one course per semester and travel to international conferences while working closely with project PIs Lauren Tilton and Taylor Arnold.
