The RN - Patient Educator is responsible for the patient education process involving identification of protocol, management of protocol requirements, and patient teaching on treatment regimes.
This position offers an additional level of advancement based upon the obtainment of certain competencies that allow the individual expanded functionality within the department.
The role requires working in a protected indoor environment with occasional exposure to infectious disease, hazardous chemicals, and radiation while performing job-related tasks.
