This role focuses on clarity of ownership, governance, and impact, positioning GROW as a core people strategy lever that drives development, engagement, and retention across Tech@Lilly.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

Base: $157,500 - $231,000; Bonus/Equity: company bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefit program
