Salary
Base: $110,000 - $120,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Target bonus and competitive equity grant may apply; Benefits: Flexible time off, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, up to 8 weeks parental leave

Must-have
5+ years progressive HR experience
SaaS or high-growth tech background
GTM domain fluency with sales metrics
Hands-on fluency with AI tools and workflows
Strong knowledge of US employment law

Experience coaching senior leaders on org design
Proven ability to challenge executives constructively
Global exposure across multiple operating regions
High EQ and personal maturity in sensitive situations
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Prior SaaS or high-growth tech industry experience
Baseline knowledge of GDR, NDR, churn, and quota attainment
Working knowledge of US employment law and compliance
Demonstrated ability to build credibility at VP/C-suite level
