Job Summary

  • Develop and establish client relationship management strategies, maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer retention.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations and sales team in relation to client needs, provide ongoing service and timely resolution to customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and growth goals, monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions.
