Salary

Base: $164,800 - $188,100; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree
  • At least 4 years in talent assessment or management
  • Minimum 3 years employee selection and assessment experience
  • At least 3 years consulting experience
  • Minimum 2 years data analysis with statistical modeling
  • PhD preferred in I/O Psychology or related quantitative discipline
