Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Clinical Data Management experience
3+ years CDM project lead experience
Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) knowledge
Data Management Plan (DMP) creation and sign-off
Customer negotiation and relationship management
Nice-to-have
Proven competence in full DM life-cycle
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience with internal tracking databases
Ability to establish effective working relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences
5+ years direct Clinical Data Management experience
