Job Description Manage and oversee structural steel construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, fabrication, delivery, and erection activities. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical submissions. Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies. Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders. Prepare project progress reports, claims, variation orders, and other project documentation. Manage project costs, procurement, and resource allocation effectively. Lead and supervise project teams to achieve project objectives. Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within the structural steel or construction industry. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, and construction processes. Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Possess good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and quality management systems is an advantage. Working Hours: 5.5 day work week, 8am-525pm W-F, 8am-1200noon Sat (Alternate Saturday Off)
