  • Responsibilities include executing the strategy and generating sales results for the division, recruiting, hiring, resource planning and allocation, and overall performance management of their sales team.

Key Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. degree
  • 10 plus years’ experience
  • previous pharmaceutical sales management experience
  • significant Solid Tumor experience
  • proven track record of success in management
  • experience in specialty sales
  • understanding of reimbursement, distribution, managed care
  • national/corporate accounts experience
  • managed markets experience
  • hospital markets experience
  • various sites of care experience
  • IV medications, injectables, orals experience
  • Medicare Part D experience
  • cross-functional commercial experience
  • measure and analyze KPIs
  • familiarity with CRM software
  • results oriented with strategic focus
  • ability to develop new business
  • expertise in conducting Crucial Conversations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years Hematology & Oncology Experience
  • Master’s Degree in OD, ORGL or MBA
  • Highly skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
