The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting residents with daily functions.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs, monitoring for skin breakdowns, and participating in restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
