Primary responsibility is to handle the service delivery of HVAC (York) chillers to customers, including breakdown complaints and preventive maintenance.
Must create good relationships with customers, ensuring utmost satisfaction, and generate L&M business while completing activities as per contract scope.
Responsible for timely billing and collection of all AR, and attending to customer queries as per agreed SLA.
