Job Summary

• The Barback is responsible for supporting F&B Supervisors and/or Beverage Manager in the successful operation of casino service bars.
• Position will be engaged in bar set up and organization, bar area cleanliness, trash removal, restocking, and transportation of alcoholic products.
• Employees will be required to comply with safe and hazard-free work environment practices stipulated in Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in Beverage Service Industry
• Ability to read, write, speak English
• Basic beverage knowledge
• Money handling experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Serve Safe Alcohol Awareness certification
• Indiana State approved Alcohol Training
• Indiana ATC License
