Job Summary

  • You will lead the Engineering function at our Marburg site, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with pharmaceutical-technical requirements (cGMP, Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability).
  • You’ll be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, shaping strategy and driving continuous improvement across Sustainability, Facilities/Utilities, Capital Projects, Engineering Compliance, Automation, and Production Engineering.
