Job Summary
Support the strategic vision for our agency’s digital proposition focusing on end-to-end roadmap of the agency digital platforms to drive productivity, improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions for our agency force.
Assist in the implementation of strategic projects for the Agency's digital applications to optimize sales processes and increase conversions.
Manage day to day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, content crafting and stakeholder engagement workshops to ensure business readiness and drive adoption.
