As the Advanced Therapies BPO, you define and evolve future-state, value-driven end-to-end (E2E) processes within R&D in scope of Advanced Therapies.
You will be responsible for owning the R&D Advanced Therapies process roadmap by translating R&D business strategies into prioritized capabilities aligned with Transcend template and design decisions.
