Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related engineering
5–8 years in automated/high-throughput manufacturing
Proficient in PFMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA, IQ/OQ/PQ
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
Experience with MES/ERP, CMMS, CAD, Minitab, Power BI
