Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related engineering
  • 5–8 years in automated/high-throughput manufacturing
  • Proficient in PFMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA, IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Experience with MES/ERP, CMMS, CAD, Minitab, Power BI
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills
