  • Deliver innovative marketing strategies in support of CommBank’s Home Lender network by strategizing, executing, and reviewing marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and existing customer needs.
  • Develop and project manage campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration, drive acquisition/cross sell, and improve customer NPS and retention.
  • Build robust analysis and reporting of delivered campaigns to demonstrate marketing contribution, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
