Job Summary

  • KBR is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to manage the MQ‑9 SkyTower I and SkyTower II engineering efforts in support of a NAVAIR‑led U.S. Marine Corps MQ‑9 program.
  • This position provides technical leadership for the design, integration, test, and fielding of airborne network extension and communications relay capabilities that are central to the Marine Corps’ distributed and expeditionary operations.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or software-intensive defense programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI
  • Experience with networked mission systems, communications, or data-link integration
  • Prior experience leading engineering teams or serving as a technical lead
