This role ensures Wave remains an accurate, trusted ‘single source of truth’ for decision‑makers while continuously improving functionality and user experience across programmes.
Key responsibilities include owning Wave data integrity, building standardized reporting dashboards, leading the functional development pipeline, and providing user enablement and training.
