This position involves supporting patients who are prescribed complex specialty medications, providing a high level of education around treatment plans, and coordinating care with infusion centers.
As the sole LPN in the office, you will work closely with a team of four physicians and four medical assistants, playing a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
