Job Summary

  • As a Capital Planning Analyst at JLL, you will join our national Project and Development Services (PDS) Capital Planning platform where our PDS group delivers more than just a project by managing the design and construction of real estate projects from beginning to end.
  • This Business Analyst position is focused exclusively on the Capital Planning business and provides the opportunity to be involved at every stage including gathering client data requirements and collecting and collating identified data.

  • Work with large datasets and optimize spreadsheet performance
  • Familiar with real estate department enterprise management business
  • Advanced use of Smartsheet
  • Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts
