• Business Systems and Reporting Analysts play a vital role in turning complex data into meaningful insight, ensuring our core systems operate effectively, and enabling smarter, faster decision‑making across the business.
• Responsible for the effective operation, continuous improvement, and strategic support of the organisation’s HR and client-facing systems, including platforms such as Oracle EBS, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and SAP financial systems supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Degree qualified in data or information systems
• High proficiency in reporting tools
• Experience supporting and maintaining ERP systems
• Experience with Python, SQL
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, process mapping skills
• Strong understanding of data structures, data integrity, and data governance
• Experience with incident management and resolution processes
