Job Summary

• The Process Technician is responsible for ensuring machines are operating at peak levels of quality and efficiency; driving improvements through the continuous improvement process; developing, training and motivating other team members through knowledge and expertise.
• Responsibilities include completing machine changeovers, monitoring machines per control plan, relieving operators, maintaining set-up records, performing minor mechanical repairs, and answering equipment alarms.
• The total rewards package includes a base salary of $26 - $29 hourly, eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program, medical, dental, vision, wellness program, HSA with company contribution, voluntary benefits, 401(k) with company contribution, 22 days PTO, 9 company holidays, and 2 volunteer days.
