The role is an integral member of the Finance Team responsible for preparing regulatory, SEC, and board reporting deliverables.
The analyst must prepare schedules supporting reports to the SEC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, and Federal Home Loan Bank including Form 10-Q and 10-K.
The position requires continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes to enhance controls and gain efficiencies while meeting critical deadlines.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years accounting and financial reporting experience
Broad understanding of GAAP accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
Bank industry financial and regulatory accounting knowledge
Experience with Hyperion, Prologue GL, FIS, Call Reporter Premier, and Wdesk
Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
3-5 years overall accounting and financial reporting experience
FINRA GS - Gen Sec Rep certification (plus)
FINRA OS - Operations Professional certification (plus)
