The Nurse Aide in Training is designed for individuals preparing to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Trainees will receive hands-on experience and classroom instruction to develop skills necessary to provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Employees must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting residents with mobility and transfers.
